Committee Membership
There are three Standing Committees: The World Assembly Committee; The Nominating Committee and the Teacher Education Research and Dissemination Committee. Adhoc Committees may be established, as needed to address particular priorities and/or examine specific issues identified by the Board, and to recommend action.

Charge long-range planning of the Council’s programs to insure that the goals and policies formulated by the Board are implemented on a worldwide basis. | Charge making recommendations regarding future sites and dates for the Assembly, monitoring preparations and determining the thematic focus of the conference | Charge developing the slate of board member candidates for elections each year, including new members as well as nominees for re-election. | Charge
